Important Reservation Requirement

Guests must be hosted by a member. Please make your reservation through a club member by 12:00 PM on Wednesday before the weekend you plan to arrive.

Your Visit Process

Find a Host

Connect with a club member who will sponsor your visit and help you get acquainted with our community.

Make Reservation

Book through your host member by Wednesday at noon before your planned weekend arrival.

Enjoy Your Stay

Arrive, check in, get your tour, and start making memories on the mountain with new friends!

What to Expect

Sign in upon arrival and indicate your length of stay
Provide emergency contact information
Sign waiver and pay guest fees
Get a house tour and see your sleeping arrangements

All bedrooms are designated as Men's, Women's, or Gender-Neutral spaces.

Packing Checklist

Bedding for a twin bed (pillow, sheets, blankets or sleeping bag)
Personal toiletries
Bath towel
Slippers or comfortable house shoes
Phone charger
Ski/hiking equipment (or rent locally)
Cash for guest fees and refreshments

Per night/person for regular weekends
