The business, property, and affairs of the club are managed and controlled by the Executive Board, which consists of the club's officers, board of directors, and real estate board.

Board meetings are normally held on the second Tuesday of each month. General membership meetings are normally held the second Tuesday of the month and occur only during the ski season. Members with good ideas or interest in participating in club committees or projects should contact
